The reporter learned from the Xiongan Pilot Free Trade Zone Management Committee that recently, under the supervision of Xiongan Customs, a batch of Xiongan local specialty products (soft diatom carpet) represented by Hebei Xiongan Jialida Supply Chain Co., Ltd. were successfully completed. Customs clearance procedures and shipped to Hong Kong overseas warehouses. This is the first time that Xiongan Comprehensive Bonded Zone has successfully inspected and released "1210" export goods. It is also the first cross-border e-commerce special regional export overseas warehouse business implemented in Hebei Province.

The cross-border e-commerce special area export overseas warehouse retail (1210) model means that domestic enterprises declare their goods export into special areas such as the comprehensive bonded zone, complete tally and LCL in the area, and then export them in batches to overseas warehouses. Purchasing is completed through the e-commerce platform, and goods are delivered directly to consumers from overseas warehouses.

This business is a breakthrough in enriching cross-border e-commerce formats since Xiongan Comprehensive Bonded Zone opened cross-border e-commerce online shopping bonded import business this year. Under this model, this batch of goods can be collected in the comprehensive bonded zone and enjoy the "tax refund upon entry" policy. The tax refund process is simple and can effectively relieve the financial pressure on enterprises. In the customs clearance process, enterprises that declare through this model can also enjoy many conveniences such as priority inspection.
