According to this news, Yang Dongning has been appointed as a member of the Party Committee of the Export-Import Bank. Previously, Yang Dongning served as Party Secretary and Director of the Beijing Supervision Bureau of the State Financial Supervision and Administration.

Yang Dongning was born in March 1976. He is a member of the Communist Party of China. He has a doctoral degree and a doctorate in philosophy. Yang Dongning successively worked in the Policy and Regulation Department (Research Bureau), General Office, Party Committee Propaganda Department of the CBRC, Banking Institutions Inspection Bureau of the China Banking Regulatory Commission, and Innovation Business Supervision Department. He has served successively as deputy inspector of the General Office of the China Banking Regulatory Commission, deputy director of the Propaganda Department of the Party Committee, deputy district mayor of Dongcheng Area of Beijing City (temporary position), spokesperson of the China Banking Regulatory Commission, deputy director of the Banking Institutional Inspection Bureau of the China Banking Regulatory Commission, and director of the Innovation Business Supervision Department. In 2023, Yang Dongning will serve as Party Secretary and Director of the Beijing Supervision Bureau of the State Financial Supervision and Administration.
